Shipping policy

I try my best to get all orders out within 24 hours of the order being placed for supplies and as soon as possible for all sewn items. Normal turnaround time for sewn items is 3 business days unless material is needed to be ordered and then I will discuss the timeframe for the item to be mailed. 

 I ship to only the address on the receipt 

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address you supply at the time of checkout. DGBooties is not responsible if the incorrect address is entered and it is shipped and delivered to the wrong address.

All packages are shipped via USPS. All packages under 16 ounces in weight will be shipped first class and any weighing 1 pound or more will be shipped priority. Every package will have a tracking number and will be scanned when dropped off. Once the package has been scanned by USPS then DGBooties is no longer responsible for the items. 

 

Currently its $4.95 for shipping in the USA for purchases of $39.99 and under. Any package with the value of $40.00 or more before taxes and any other fees will be free. 

 

I am currently just shipping in the USA but may open it up to other countries in the future.
